Manifesto of the Netocratic Society

Preamble

The recapitulation of two hundred years development of Industrial society is controversial:

- The Capitalism has failed to create fair society; the Communism has failed to create classless society.

- The Wall Street Capitalism turned economy into moneymaking machine ignoring needs of society. It has generated enormous wealth and left millions of people in dispirited misery.

- The gap between the reach and poor is grotesque. Money is worshiped as God and profit is most powerful, worldwide spread religion.

- The free-market economy is neither free, nor fair or efficient. Transnational corporations impel society toward an uncertain future.

- The power elite gradually degenerate democracy to corporatocracy. It provokes wars, organised crime, and social outcast.

- Science and technology have incredible achievements, but most impressive like nuclear technology, biotechnology, robotics, genetic engineering, and nanotechnology are also gravely destructive.

- The social services like education, public health and social security are in disarray. Decline of moral is apparent.

- The capitalism fail to deliverer promised better life for people and currently the power elites change their pledge from delivering “better life” to delivering of “security”.

- As a result environment, humanity and the planet itself are under threat.

- Modern society passes trough time of perils facing one terrible dilemma - destruction of society or fundamental changes of the social structure.
